WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

dash
“I have been dealing with Upstate Pharmacy since 2007 or 2008 and their service is phenomenal with their notifications and deliveries. They are always willing to set up deliveries to me, including while I'm on vacation for a month and a half in Arizona. The staff, especially the tech who draws up my injections, Anna McIntyre, is always friendly and helpful. The Upstate staff interface with the hospital caseworkers so I don't have to. Anytime I call Upstate, the staff is so nice and efficient. My medications have to be refrigerated, so instead of having to be home waiting for my delivery during the day, the drivers either deliver it in the evening or in a cold pack--the delivery people are sweet. I owe the people at Upstate a lot because they eliminate a lot of the stress of cancer. Thank you Upstate!”

PAT ALBIG

“Upstate does many things for us. We get our medication sheets printed out and delivered to the sites along with many changes that occur during the month. Whenever a medication is ordered, it is taken to the site as soon as possible. When a medication is discontinued we send this back to Upstate, and it is disposed of by them. The medications are delivered to the sites in a locked box, so there is no going to the pharmacy to pick up medications. Any questions that the nurses have, they can call and talk directly to a pharmacist to get the information. When we are looking for a change in something related to medications, the owner, also a pharmacist, comes down to meet with us to assist in making the change occur. We enjoy working with Upstate to assist the PWS get what is needed to improve their quality of life.”
